Death Penalty Debate Falls Silent
The Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald each published articles today about the lack of attention the death penalty has received from the Illinois government.
Both sides in one of the nation's most divisive issues - the death penalty - are finding common ground in Illinois these days: frustration at the lack of movement here, one way or the other.
