The jury in the Scott Peterson case, repelled by his apparent lack of sorrow and remorse, decided yesterday that he deserves the death penalty for murdering his pregnant wife, Laci, almost two years ago to the date. .

Yeah, that verdict is crazy, especially when the deciding factor for the jury was his, as you put it, lack of remorse. Why do people think they can judge how people handle difficult situations? It really amazes me that human nature is like that.
I am more freaked out though by the way that the American public is so blood thirsty where he is involved. It really makes me wonder of we can live in a country without a death penalty, if the American public will allow it.
