Yes, Oregon has executed a total of 2 people since 1976.

What is my governor's position on the death penalty?
Gov. Ted Kulongoski (D) Kulongoski said while he is philosophically opposes the death penalty, Oregon voters reinstated capital punishment in 1984 and that as governor he wouldn't try to block an execution.

How many people are on Death Row in my state?
Of the 32 Death Row prisoners in Oregon, 2 are black, 26 are white, 2 are Latino, 1 is Native American and 1 is unknown.
